Goodwill Career Intake & Assessment
For most individuals, understanding their skills, abilities and interests is the first step to finding and maintaining employment. Participants work with Goodwill’s workforce development staff to determine their career training and employment options. We evaluate the participant by using a combination of proven methods and current technology to measure their education, interests, skills and abilities.
