Enrollment Requirements

  • Complete Background Screening
  • Must Pass Multiple Drug Screenings
  • Must be in Good Health and Able to Perform Law Enforcement Duties
  • Must Be Able and Available to Work Some Holidays, Weekends and Evenings
  • Ability to Attend All Classes Monday – Friday
    (Program length varies between sessions.)

Please bring 2 valid forms of ID to the enrollment session.

  • Driver’s License
  • Military ID
  • Permanent Resident Card
  • School ID
  • US Passport
  • Social Security Card
  • Voter’s Registration Card
  • Birth Certificate
Proof of Residency
ONLY DC Security Program applicants need to bring 1 valid proof of residency to the enrollment session.

  • Recent Utility Bill within 30 Days
    (i.e. (gas, water, electric-excludes cable, telephone cell phone, and credit card statements)
  • Recent Lease Agreement
  • Mortgage Statement Issued within 30 Days
  • Recent SSI/SSDI Benefit Letter
  • TANF/Food Stamps Verification Letter

Documentation must indicate name of applicant and address.
