Frank Zoghi Hired as New Vice President of Retail Operations for Goodwill Retail Stores

Frank Zoghi, a 19 year veteran of retail management has been hired to by Goodwill of Greater Washington to lead its 9 store retail operation and contributed goods division.

Zoghi comes to Goodwill from the May Company where he was the Vice-President and General Manager of the Hecht’s Department Store in Manassas, VA, where he was well known within the industry for his high standards on store cleanliness, organization, and merchandise presentation.

While at Hecht’s Zoghi achieved the maximum possible store-wide customer service score in 2005 and consistently exceeded sales, customer service and shortage goals.

Before coming to Hecht’s in 1992, Zoghi served in a variety of management roles with Broadway Department Stores in Los Angeles, CA.
