Did you know that Goodwill Industries Week is May 6th through 12th?

Between May 6th and 12th, we hope that you will join us in celebrating Goodwill Industries Week!

Our goal is to bring attention to Goodwill’s mission of providing job training and employment opportunities to people who are disadvantaged or disabled.

You can help in any number of ways. First please share our mission with your friends and family! Second, please consider making a donation to Goodwill! We will gladly accept your cash gift, but you can also donate your unwanted clothing and household items to Goodwill. We sell them in our vintage retail stores with the proceeds benefiting Goodwill’s mission!

Better yet! How about coordinating a clothing drive at your office?! If enough merchandise is collected, we’ll gladly send a truck by to pick up the donations and provide you with donation receipts for all the donors. Otherwise, you can drop them off at any of our conveniently located attended donation sites. Just visit www.dcgoodwill.org for a site near you!

During Goodwill Industries Week, please help us spread the word about all the good things Goodwill is doing in our community. The more people know about the services we provide, the more people we can help.
