For two years Lawrence had lost his motivation to work. But after being referred to Goodwill by his father, and completing the agency's Environmental Services training program, Lawrence was able to find a job and regain his confidence.

He's been working at the National Gallery Art for three years and has been able to form solid relationships and excel in his new work environment.
