Debra Jackson is an associate at the Goodwill Retail Store on Glebe Road in Arlington, VA. Before coming to Goodwill, Debra was growing weary from her unsuccessful attempts at finding employment. Every door she knocked on was closed to her. But her perseverance paid off when she knocked on Goodwill's door!

Debra has now been with us for the past two years and was the 2009 recipient of one of Goodwill's annual core value awards for service.  She is enjoying every minute of her new career. Please watch this video to hear Debra tell her story first hand.
