Colleen Paletta serves as Goodwill of Greater Washington's Vice President of Workforce Development. In this capacity, Colleen is responsible for the planning, management, and evaluation of all job training and employment programs which includes maintenance of Goodwill's CARF accreditation, development of strategic partnerships and collaborations, and expansion of Goodwill's training centers and campuses.
Jeff joined Goodwill in January 2008, bringing with him over twenty years of management and leadership experience.
Previously, Jeff spent five years at Capital One, where he was a three-time winner of the prestigious Circle of Excellence award. Jeff was the Business Information Officer for their $15 billion internet banking business, and played a critical role in several large-scale IT infrastructure initiatives. Prior to that, he spent six years in the telecommunications industry with MCI and Cable & Wireless, and eleven years in banking with First Virginia Banks, Inc.

Stephen Kopalchick serves as Goodwill of Greater Washington's Senior Development Officer. In this capacity, Stephen is responsible for Goodwill's Individual Giving and Corporate Sponsorship programs.

Dave Sullivan is the Vice President of Donations & Retail Sales at Goodwill of Greater Washington (GGW).
Dave is responsible for planning, organizing and administering all aspects of the nonprofit agency's donated goods and retail operations.
