Frank Zoghi

Frank Zoghi, Vice President of Retail Operations for Goodwill of Greater Washington’s nine Washington, DC area retail stores, is a 19 year veteran of retail management.

He comes to Goodwill from the May Company where he was the Vice-President and General Manager of the Hecht’s Department Store in Manassas, VA.

While at Hecht’s Frank was well known for his high standards on store cleanliness, organization, and merchandise presentation. In 2005, he achieved the maximum possible store-wide customer service score, and consistently exceeded sales, customer service and shortage goals. In 2002, he was named Divisional Sales Manager of the Year.

Before coming to Hecht’s in 1992, Frank was a manager for Foley Department Stores in Austin, TX and served in a variety of management roles with Broadway Department Stores in Los Angeles, CA.
