Sandra Jones
Director, Human Resources

Sandra Jones joined Goodwill of Greater Washington in June 2001 as a Human Resource Generalist. She is now the Director of Human Resources and is responsible for providing leadership in the overall planning, organizing, implementing, and administering of human resource’s programs and practices, including recruitment, staffing, employee relations, benefits and salary administration, performance management, and ensuring compliance with state and federal labor laws.

Sandra has more than 12 years of experience in human resources. She has worked mostly in the non-profit sector. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Towson State University. Sandra is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and is currently seeking certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
