MICHAEL FROHM
Vice President, Human Resources


Michael Frohm took over the HR department in April of 2006. He has been with the agency since January 2004 and formerly served as Director of Commercial Business Development where he was instrumental in the re-launch of our commercial janitorial business, Best Kept Buildings. He is also responsible for the design and implementation of our customer service and interpersonal skills training program.

Michael came to Goodwill with 20 years experience in management. His previous career was in the radio industry where managed stations and sales teams at some of the countries top stations.

Originally from White Plains, N.Y., Michael received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Penn. Michael has one daughter, Veronica. He currently resides in Washington, DC.
