WLZL, 99.1 El Zol Conducts Clothing Drive for Goodwill

For three Tuesday afternoons during the month of December, 99.1FM, El Zol will be hosting a winter clothing drive to benefit Goodwill of Greater Washington.

The contemporary Latin music radio station will be encouraging its listeners to make a donation to Goodwill, while it conducts live promotions at a different Goodwill donation site each week for three weeks. On December 12th the radio station will visit Goodwill’s Glebe Road location in Arlington. On the 19th, El Zol will encourage its listeners to stop by the Sterling, VA donation site and retail store; and the promotion will culminate with a final appearance at the Goodwill donation site and retail store in Manassas, VA on December 26th.

Hundreds of additional donations will result from the El Zol promotion, which will translate into thousands of dollars in support of Goodwill’s mission of job training and employment services for people with disadvantages or disabilities.
